Clidex provides native AI command-line interface tools and compute dispatch services, enabling relay access to upstream AI models, per-token metering, and idle account monetization. Users must adhere to least-privilege and security compliance when using CLI credentials.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Accounts are authenticated via third-party OAuth (e.g., Google, GitHub). Users remain solely responsible for safeguarding their account credentials (including Personal Access Tokens) and for all activities conducted under their credentials. Revoke and regenerate tokens immediately if compromised.
3. Acceptable Use & Upstream Terms
Users must comply with all applicable laws and policies of upstream AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI). Prohibited activities include illegal content generation, intellectual property infringement, harassment, abuse, or unauthorized security testing.
4. Billing, Top-ups & Earnings Settlement
Usage is metered and deducted on a per-token basis in USD. Participants in Clidex Earn receive earnings calculated strictly based on verified token usage and agreed revenue-sharing ratios, eligible for withdrawal according to platform rules.
5. Suspension & Termination
To ensure system availability and network safety, Clidex reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts without prior notice in the event of abuse, unauthorized exploits, or violations of these terms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Outputs are generated by upstream AI models. Clidex makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
